Travel Expenses & Insurance: International flights, entry visas, and personal travel or medical insurance are the responsibility of the traveler.

This trek is designed to be accessible and highly manageable. A basic level of fitness is perfectly sufficient, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
​Weather Conditions: Mountain weather can shift quickly. 

We recommend bringing layered clothing, waterproof gear, and a warm jacket to stay comfortable throughout the trek.
​Acclimatization: The itinerary is carefully paced to allow smooth and comfortable acclimatization as we ascend.
​Tipping: Tipping the guides, porters, and cooks is customary and greatly appreciated by the crew at the end of the journey.

What to bring

    To ensure a comfortable and safe high-altitude experience, we recommend bringing the following essentials:

    Clothing & Footwear:

    Hiking Boots: Waterproof and well-broken-in boots with good ankle support.

    Thermal Layers: Moisture-wicking base layers (top and bottom).

    Insulated Jacket: A warm down or synthetic jacket for high altitudes.

    Waterproof Shell: A breathable rain jacket and trousers.

    Warm Accessories: Fleece hat, gloves (liner and insulated), and warm hiking socks.

    Gear & Equipment:

    Daypack: 25-35 liters to carry your daily essentials (water, snacks, rain gear).

    Headlamp: With extra batteries for the summit push and night use.

    Trekking Poles: Highly recommended for steep descents.

    Water Bottles/Bladder: Capacity for at least 2-3 liters of water.

    Personal Items:

    Sun Protection: High SPF sunscreen, lip balm, and sunglasses.

    Toiletries: Personal hygiene items, wet wipes, and a small quick-dry towel.

    First Aid: Personal medication and a small kit (blister pads, pain relief).

    Power Bank: To keep your devices charged during the trek.
